A considered introduction, not a quote race

A house move is a practical job, but the best outcome depends on human details: access, timing, communication, the right crew and a sensible plan for the things that matter to you.

Dray starts by understanding those details. We then make one introduction from our trusted group of moving partners, based on their experience, availability and fit for the job—not on who responds first.

Dray listens, clarifies the brief, selects a suitable moving partner and makes the introduction. We stay available if the introduction needs clarifying.

Dray is not the removal company. The selected mover visits or surveys the property where needed, prepares the quote, agrees the contract, takes payment and performs the move.

Our promise is deliberately specific: we work with moving partners we know as reliable, professional and experienced in handling furniture, valuable belongings and demanding properties efficiently.

You should still review the mover's written proposal, insurance and terms before booking. If something is unclear, ask. A good moving relationship begins with clear expectations on both sides.

You pay the selected mover directly. If you book, the mover pays Dray for the introduction; Dray adds no separate fee or markup to the mover's quote. You are free to decline the proposal, and the mover remains responsible for the price and service they offer.
